This drawing is a modern take on the painting that came to be known as ‘Chloe’ by French painter Jules Joseph Lefebvre. Now a Melbourne icon, ‘Chloe’ made her way to Australia in the late 1870’s and has been hung at The Young and Jackson’s Hotel for the last 112 years.
